#Opencameracosenza wants to address the issues of an institution closer to its stakeholder, open to entrepreneur’s questions with a flexible organization. It is far more than a hashtag. It highlights a concrete change in the organizational culture of the Chamber of Commerce of Cosenza. It is a complete shift in Administration and stakeholders relationship. Accountability, accessibility, transparency and participation are the pillars of #OpenCameraCosenza. The Chamber of Commerce is a real “agora” in which entrepreneurs and citizens can meet Institutions; other public entities are involved in partnerships and committees; stakeholders, in general, actively participate in decision-making process. To ease the participation process, the Chamber has implemented a wide range of digital solutions. Thanks to this new approach, the Chamber of Commerce opens its doors and meets entrepreneurs and consumers outside the offices. In this way the institution is able to listen to their needs in un unbiased environment. The Chamber is then able to shape its plans from all the inputs received.
