Limited Capacity filling up

The public sector is facing an increased rate of change: both changing citizen demands as well as changing technological possibilities that are transforming what is expected from the sector. Furthermore, new and complex societal challenges cannot be met with public sector systems that were designed for another era. How can governments cope? This workshop gives a helping hand to public managers wanting to achieve better outcomes in a systemic way. Systems experts and specialists discuss their experience and knowledge about how systems approaches can be applied in the public sector setting. This knowledge is put in practise by analysing a real-world complex problem.
